your favorite real food mass gainer

Just started playing around with my blender. I use some berries, banana, honey, oats, WPI and almond milk with a smidge of ice cream.... its pretty good!

Just thought id see if anyone else has some derivatives of this.

What is your favorite real food mass gainer shake?

    2 cups of egg whites
    2 cups of oats
    1 scoop of whey
    1 cup of peanut butter
some chocolate syrup, and a little bit of milk to thin it out.

    2 cups of egg whites = 234kcal (52g protein, 0 fat, 0 carb)
    2 cups of oats = 721kcal (24g protein, 12g fat, 129g carbs)
    1 scoop of whey = 150kcal (24g protein, 2g fat, 9g carbs)
    1 cup of peanut butter = 1,520kcal (56g protein, 128g fat, 64g carbs)

So, without a "little" bit of milk and syrup your "small" shake is:
2.625kcal with 156g of protein, 142g fat, and 202g carbs. It's not that I do not believe you, but I would LOVE to see you chug that one down on camera.

You must mean 1tbsp peanut butter? 1 cup would be like 6,000,000 calories from fat

Lol. Sometimes I can't finish it but after a good workout I usually can slam it down... I chase it down with water when I start having a hard time getting it down. I have dropped the peanut butter and chocolate out because I am trying to lean out a bit.

Was definitely outta curiosity, as I can not do uncooked eggs(or liq. Eggs) no way!!! LOL... And I've been using salsa or some kind of spicy seasoning for a nice metabolic kick...

I'll have to get some Nutela... I liked that and w/your lil additions I'm sure even better!
