    Tbol and liver protection

Guys i am running tbol in my cycle and was looking to run a liver protectant after finishing the cycle since i read it affects the efficacy of the drug plus found that tbol isnt that bad on the liver but now am not sure since i might extend my tbol run to 5 weeks or maybe 6 should i start liver protectant now and continue or should i stop it at 4 weeks and run the liver protectant after, what do you guys think

    Run NAC all the time.
    On and off cycle.
    600mgs/day off cycle
    1200mgs/day on injectables
    1800mgs/day on orals

It does not reduce the efficiency of AAS.
    Health first always.

So should i start now and continue through my cycle or should i stop my tbol at 4 weeks since i wasnt running since the beginning

Start taking it now and take it all the time. It will not effect your tbol at all so no need to stop. NAC is a liver protector

What i meant about stopping is because i didnt start the liver protection from the beginning and am in my 4th week now so will it be safe to continue?

All depends on how soon you can get it.

Amazon prime you can get it in 2 days.
    Amazon.com: NOW Foods Nac-Acetyl Cysteine 600mg, 250 Vcaps: Health & Personal Care

I also use TUDCA from Amazon

I wouldnt stop if you can get it in the next couple of days. You can probably get it locally at a GNC or most any vitamin store.

TUDCA is the most important liver supplement when taking orals. NAC is ok but it's not going to protect and keep the liver healthy anything like TUDCA can.

Tauroursodeoxycholic acid (TUDCA) is a metabolite of Ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA), a commonly prescribed treatment for cholestasis. TUDCA is the best and most cost-effective option for gainers seeking ultimate liver protection. As an endogenous bile acid, TUDCA encourages natural bile flow and inhibits the formation of toxic metabolites - the stuff that causes bile blockage in the first place! No wonder TUDCA is a favorite among athletes

NAC is best for prevention... And i always was under the impression UDCA is best for reversal...

    TUDCA is also excellent!

There seems to be some debate on the difference of UDCA and TUDCA. UDCA is much harder to find but I know ar-r carries it. TUDCA can be bought most anywhere.

I actually use Live 52, TUDCA and NAC more or less daily. I say more or less because I have one of those vitamin containers but sometimes I dont get them all down in a day. lol

^^^ yeah I hear ya on the debate(im just going by a vets recommendation regarding NAC/& UDCA... But yes UDCA is much harder to come across for research purposes but ar-r does indeed carry it!

Thx LB I was also a lil confused regarding the difference and such...

Though ursodeoxycholate acid (UDCA) is the well known effective therapy for PBC,clinical effectiveness of UDCA may be limited by its poor absorption and extensive biotransformation. The more hydrophillic bile acid tauroursodeoxycholate (TUDCA) is the active ingredients of UDCA,and has been approved by state food and drug administration in China for treatment of cholesterol stones. So it is necessary to verify the efficacy and safety of TUDCA in the treatment of adult primary biliary cirrhosis. In this randomized, double-blinded, double -dummy, parallel-controlled and multicenter clinical trial, we detect the proportion of patients who had AKP decline more than 25% as the primary outcome;decline of ALP,total bilirubin, GGT,ALT and AST as secondary outcomes after patients were treated with TUDCA or UDCA for 24 weeks.

This is the methodology I subscribe too. NAC for prevention. 600mgs off cycle for general health (it is an amazing anti oxidant), 1200mgs/day on cycle. UDCA is something I have on hand in case if my liver enzymes DO somehow get elevated out of clinical range. UDCA is effective at treatment of this. I have found personally however that NAC at 1200mgs/day on cycle is very effective at keeping ast/alt within clinical range on cycle even with orals incorporated.

I was hoping you chimed in Jimmy... I got this method from you sir! And Since then I've been following it to a T(w/the NAC)... Just waiting on my UDCA for my lab rats....

Your ALT/AST can get slightly elevated from just working out hard, correct?? Nothing major but maybe slightly higher than normal range? Thx!

I get my acetylcysteine from the pharmacy (no prescription needed) the indications are nothing for liver except for paracetamol overdose. This acetylcysteine is efervescent and is indicated for reduction of mucous secretions in lungs. I took it for months, through test cycle it was fine, continued at 600mgs daily then started isotretinoine 20mgs daily and after a while my liver enzymes reached 3 digits at which point I halted the accutane treatment. So my point is that NAC didnt do much in protecting me from accutane, or maybe this type of NAC I got is not the proper one.

Im kinda confused so Im looking for other drugs to help restart the accutane treatment. UCDA is prescribed drug indicated for gallstones, cant find TUDCA locally.

I've been using NAC(for my research)from ar-r... And I picked some NAC up at GNC to smell the difference(ar-r's NAC has that potent garlic like smell) the GNC brand sux imo... Just saw that you have Pharma grade?!! Hmmm...

Hey BB, so your ALT/AST was high due to the accutane? I'm not familiar w/using accutane but ar-r NAC is top notch and they do have UDCA...

95% chance of orders from ar-r getting stuck in customs.

Yes, accutane is harsh on liver, my ALT reached 114 and I decided to stop. This was before my last cycle, in the bloodwork before cycle it was back down to 59.

DMSO has been around for a long time. Pretty cool stuff. People use to use and crush tren A pellets and mix it with DMSO because it will absorb through the skin.

It was originally used as a solvent but soon people who were using it found it cured or made their arthritis in their hand so people started using it as a cure all. You do have to be careful because it will also make undesirable chemicals absorb into your skin.

I was wondering where/how DMSO came into the subject but I figured I must have missed something. LOL

I actually use to use it for my shoulders and back and it did actually help but I'm BAD and remembering to do/use stuff like that. Maybe that's why I have such a big surplus of meds.

In a situation like this I would suggest UDCA at 250mg/day or even 250mg eod.
NAC breaks down to glutathione which is a very powerful anti oxidant and it also prevents choleostasis which is the most common cause of aas induced liver damage. Perhaps the effects of accutane on the liver are different or you need the more powerful UDCA in your case.

Given the orals you are using I would say yes its ok but i wouldnt make a habit of running 2 orals in the same cycle on a regular basis.
