Pct help for test e/dbol cycle

First off, I'm new here! Anyways,Doing my first cycle, im little unsure about when to take hcg and pct, anyways, my plan is:
Week 1-4 dbol 40ed
Week 1-12 test e 500mg week
Should I do hcg weeks 4-10 or 4-12, or 3-12? Will be doing two 250iu week.
And for pct, I was only going to do nolvadex 20mg ed for week 14-17?, but should I also thrown in clomid? If so how much and for which weeks and for how long? Thank you!
