    Anyone try Max ot?

    Ive never tried it, looking to change up my routine, i normally don't train in the 4-6 rep range and 9 sets per body part seems a little low considering you're only training each bodypart once a week, how did you like it? Is it good for building size? That's my main goal.

    i had a motorcycle crash 2 years ago and lost 15 pounds (of muscle) in a month. i went heavy (4-6 reps) all the time for 3 months straight and gained 30 pounds of muscle. great results, but it took a toll on my joints. now, i'm playing around with HIT with double drop sets and getting a better pump without as much joint stress (just started a month ago - too soon to talk about results).

    Wow awesome, glad to see you gained back what you lost plus more.
    I always thought this type of routine would be great for strength while not so much for mass, guess i'll never know until i try it myself.
