I've got some really good information from this forum and have been implementing the advice in the gym. Pushing my ass to limits I thought I didn't have. I'm pretty sure it was Zempey who showed me the Dorian Yates Blood and Guts Series and am working on a new hiit workout plan for my next routine. Special thanks to Zemp for showing me this. Watching Dorian almost gives me a hardon, is this normal? Anyways, thanks everyone for the great advice.
