I want to get as lean as possible before I start pct so here is my diet :
Meal 1; 2.5 scoops whey 75g oats
replace whey with 6 egg whites and 2 egg yolks
Meal 2 : post workout 2.5 scoops whey 2bananas
Meal 3 : 6 egg whites 2yolks omelette /veg or salad
This is the first real food after a workout, I'd make this a solid protein Salmon or tuna would be a good choice to me here. Add it to your salad
Meal 4 : 125g chicken breast salad or veg
Meal 5 : 125g chicken Breast salad or veg
Meal 6 : 2 scoops casein 40g peanut butter
This would be a good spot for lean beef say 6oz of sirloin leave the PB or replace it with cotage cheese
I am 6foot 200lbs

Carbs : 150
Fat : 60
2400cals
I have been eating this for a month now
I am already Starting to look leaner I would guess around 12% - 13%
Would like to get to 10% or under in 7 weeks
