I plan on running 500mgs of Test-E for 12+ weeks with 250iu's of Hcg every 3rd day. I've never been good at running my Pct's in the past, & suffered some permanent damage. Despite all the research I've done, I can't get an accurate Pct plan. With that said, what would my Pct look like for my best chance of recovery?
Stats: 38 yrs old, 6' even, 238 lbs.
