So I weighed in today @ 215 -3 lbs from last week and decided it's time for a cheat meal. I am now paralyzed in my bed due to a large pizza, one slice of 12 layer chocolate cake and two pints of Ben and Jerry's half baked ice cream. I just wanted to inform you all how damn good this was. Yes I go hard on cheat meals, I eat like its the last meal I will ever be able to eat. Just wanted to rub this in to anyone not able to have a cheat meal this week.
