Should i consume these carbs in my carbs intake ?

I don't think 12 carbs is going to make much difference but if your dieting for a show you should be dropping the shakes and eating whole foods.
Agree w/the above statement... Also I would still count any type of carb whether it's Dietary fiber or complex carbs... They still should be counted...
right before the show I really don't take in any carbs besides fiber from greens so I stop counting until the reloadOriginally Posted by NACH3
