    micronutrient intake

    Hi guys, anyone can talk about micronutrient , vitamins minerals and antioxidant...how much fruits and veggies should i eat? (by the way i dont eat a lot if veggies because i dont like em...but i eat a lot of fruit and dried fruits i think those are very good!) is there any guidline to the intake?portions..? Looking for good advice
    i'm 22 6ft , 164 pounds, 11% bodyfat

    You got advice in your other thread. Did you read the sticky on bulking?

    I would say you are going to have to learn to love vegetables. you have to make sacrifices to reach your goal. It's not about your taste buds. It's what your body needs to recomp. It's about nutrition for fuel.

    Yes i did...yeah i know but how much? i'm trying to eat veggies in 2 meals is that enough?

    18 g of fiber daily.

    I have a hard time getting my total fiber allotment in daily. I add green beans to my eggs in the morning. It's the only way I have found. Snack on veggies. Double dose of veggies at lunch and dinner.

    And what about the fibers from whole grain( oat , whole wheat bread...)..?

    most whole wheat bread isn't very good as it's either enriched or made with hfc. Stick to Ezekiel bread as it's not really bread it's sprouted grains

    I've had mine for a year -Nutribullet- and I've had no problems. I beat it up a little when i blend frozen meats for my dog, or steaks with no fat trimmed, but i'm still 'pretty' kind to it. you can find it for $60.
