Maybe I'll just switch to those little 7 ounce "nips" of Coke Zero every few days to wean myself off. I think I measured the calories of my coffee once and it came out to like 375 calories. Times that by two a day, I might as well be drinking a friggin' milkshake. I think I have my answer. Thanx guys.
