I definitely have to agree with this. When I use Sust I always do twice a week to keep the prop active.. I'm still a noob and I do spend a lot of time researching to learn more.. But from experience I definitely notice more gains and even the positive test side effects with twice a week injections.

By injecting twice a week you have a far better chance at reducing side effects.

You can but 250x 2 EW would be much better. Also easier to control side effects.

The half life of Enth ester is about 10 days. If you inject once a week you're letting the concentration drain down pretty low before the injection. It's much better to inject twice a week and keep the blood concentration level pretty even.

I would rec 2x a week. but one is not that big of a deal IMO.

A long ester should be every 3.5 days and a short ester like prop should be ED or EOD not twice a week. That's why I don't care for the blends. It's much easier to control the dosages when it's not in a blend
