Tomorrow I'm starting my first cycle, with bulking diet.
Now I'm 5'9 179lbs bf approximately 10%. I cut of course far from 186lbs with a diet of 2600 kcal 280cho 235pro 60fat.
My TDEE 2900? . Work is sitting in the office, i do 4-5 workouts at week 60-70'at day and 2 cardio days for martial arts. I planned my new diet for mass test susta 500 weekly, first cycle. My new diet is: 3400 kcal 440cho 264 pro 60fat. Foods are: 1 meal = 250 mg egg white 100 g packed brown bread, banana.
Pasto 2-3 -4 : 400g mixed vegetables cooked basmati rice 300g, 350 chicken breast, 24g olive oil, (total divided into 3 portions)
I eat every 2.5-3 hours.
Pre-workout 1 apple 60 '200mg caffeine. During workout 5g bcaa.
Post workout 40g 40g dextrose maltodextrin 40g whey protein.
Meal 5 : 200g sweet potatoes 200g 8g linseed oil.
Meal 6 : 15 almonds 30g proteins.
What do you think of my diet? Tips and tricks? I want to keep bodyfat and 10-11% take a few pounds of lean muscles, and add more cardio if necessary
