Old people scooters in Las Vegas

What is up with all the old people scooters in Las Vegas?

No they aren't being used by old people. I saw around a dozen of them throughout the day Saturday all being used by mid 20s grill wearing brothers.

    Is this the new Cadillac?

I overheard Older ppl at the gym (ppl 60, 70, 80) say the secret is to keep moving/stretching.

I can't understand how someone would choose to use a scooter when able bodied.

I would be embarrassed for them. In a way they are be disrespectful of disabled ppl. I wonder what the paraplegic thinks when he sees ppl who have the use of their limbs on a freaking scooter!

I dont know why I didnt think of this before but my co worker just suggested this to me; maybe it's a new Obama Care perk we are not aware of.
I wonder if it comes with a USB charger for the Obamaphone? hahahaha
