Swelling and bruising

so I did my first test400 injection of .5 so 200mg on Thursday in my right glute, my buddies are all experienced so they did it for me.. However since then my ass has continued to get more swollen and hurts like crazy

I tried foam rolling yesterday and massager and now it's super bruised and still pretty swollen..

No it's not red or itchy..
Yes I steriled ect..

Yes it's a virgin muscle, today is day 4

Its possible a blood vessel was nicked. This is less likely to occur in the glutes if proper location but it could still occur.

I had this recently in my delt. After over a week I started to get a bit worried but it passed. Maybe like jimmyinkedup says I nicked a nerve as well but as long as there's no sign of infection it'll be fine! Mine lasted nearly two weeks in the end and it went kind of hard on the site too for a bit! I wouldn't bother with the roller.

Did you aspirate? Massage site after? Let pin stay in for 20 second to prevent leakage? Tense up?
