hitting a nerve during injection

Have yall ever hot a major nerve while injecting... I did the other day it hurt like shit!!

It happens to everyone at some point. I don't hit nerves very often, but about once a week I'll hit a vein, and that hurts pretty good too. You don't get the twitch like you do with a nerve, just pain and lots of blood.

I know it's not a nerve, but I hit a vein just the other day. I went through it so no blood was in the pin. But when I pulled out, you would of thought I stuck oil, it just came shooting out.

ive never hit a nerve too hard because i slide the needle in real slow. on occasion i can feel a twitch on the side of my knee when i do my thighs, so i know that im touching the nerve. so i just start over again in a new spot.

I've hit a nerve a few times in my glutes and I nearly jumped through the frickin' roof. Now when I inject I do it REAL slow. That way, somtimes I can start to feel whether I'm gonna do it again. If I start to feel the slightest little bit of pain I'll pull the needle back slightly and redirect.

Haha, no bro. Just sometimes when i hit the glute, right when i insert the needle, my glute twitches a bit-doesnt hurt, just feels funny. No biggie
