Everyone says Arnold had amazing genetics that let him recover faster than everyone else.. . but he wasn't born with those genetics. He injected them. Everyone says to sleep for 18 hours, but we all know thats not really feasible for anyone. I've heard TB 500 might help recovery time, what else can speed up recovery? Some people say that beer or some other relaxer can speed up the process, any experience with that? The answer doesn't have to be a compound, I'd like to hear anything that has helped.
What i'm looking for isn't a performance enhancer, just something that helps the body repair faster.
