    Faster recovery

    Everyone says Arnold had amazing genetics that let him recover faster than everyone else.. . but he wasn't born with those genetics. He injected them. Everyone says to sleep for 18 hours, but we all know thats not really feasible for anyone. I've heard TB 500 might help recovery time, what else can speed up recovery? Some people say that beer or some other relaxer can speed up the process, any experience with that? The answer doesn't have to be a compound, I'd like to hear anything that has helped.

    What i'm looking for isn't a performance enhancer, just something that helps the body repair faster.

    Arnold WAS born with those genetics and the cycling just made him a better version of himself. You can juice and add in Hgh but at the end of the day you are who you are and nothing you take will just make you recover better. If that was the case them we could turn virtually anyone into a muscle bound specimen.

    Arnold WAS born with those genetics and cycling just made him a better version. You are who you are..........just the way it is. Nothing you take is going to make you recover better. Smart cycling and Hgh will make you the best version of you but if you don't have the genetics then there's nothing that is going to change that.

    Hmm. Arnold has famously said multiple times through the decades that he only needs 4 to 6 hours of sleep. Where did you get 18 hrs in relation to him?
