Try weighing your foods also, now that I know how my body responds to high P & high C low F, I've been bulking so not really counting but still weighing my foods so I know what to take away(it needs to be a slow consistent process to achieve low bf) but it's all worth it in the end! Do you know how your body reacts to a certain macro split(40/40/20 is what I use) but 50/30/20 etc if low fats and your body burns off the P/C or they'll get stored away as fat also... This is the tricky part but once dialed in your progress will/could be amazing! Need to be disciplined consistent and work harder than ever...
