    so i had flair ups a few times during using gear last 6+ months. i took few pics and on my right pec i see it my girls says im nuts by i def see it. is it as noticeable from your guys veiw from mine? my body fats a little high if i cutt will that help?? i want to putt on more mass but if its bad for the gyno i will cutt.. if it wont make a diff then i will keep bulking. whats my body fat look like im about 213-215 right now in weight

    i started off really small barley benchn 185 im not going to blow up to a monster over a few months steroids arnt that great.

    obviously I'm not perfect i know this i never claimed to be.. aside from that i would never bash somebody for not looking great or looking like shit.. maybe some helpful advice maybe not.. no need to be negative. did i ever bash somebody or comment negatively to anybody no i haven't. i may be known for not taking shit or letting people talk shit to me but thats e'relevant.. im a 29 year old man if i want to shoot gear its my body my life my choice..

    That's one of my biggest fears, never had a flair up myself, but after joining the forum and getting more informed, I am definitely more cautious and using an AI while On cycle. I believe there is a sticky for gyno reversal.

    u think bulking/high bodyfat will make it worse or should i cutt weight and follow protocol.

    Well I think following the protocol rather than ignoring it completely would probably yield you better results.

    I think you should get your bf low before bulking again mate. The higher it is the more likely hood of sides and harder to manage for you

    You're not a monster Mike, no, but after the amount of gear you have ran you should be well on your way.

    8 months plus blasting, 4 months of it on high dose tren and you achieved the same results you probably would have with a great diet and training programme.

    It's not too late to ask for help in our diet forum.

    Above, should be the goal for anyone wanting to cycle... And I would definitely not be bulking atm - just work on diet, and getting your bf down....

    However, like BIB stated its all diet/training dependent - check out the diet/training sections... It will do wonders!

    going to start counting again start off with 3k calories and adjust as needed... progress pics to come 6-8 weeks.. 300mg test e per week will be used.. estane and nolva will be used untill lumps hopefully shrink.. worried gyno on right nip will look worse with low bf well see.

    Try weighing your foods also, now that I know how my body responds to high P & high C low F, I've been bulking so not really counting but still weighing my foods so I know what to take away(it needs to be a slow consistent process to achieve low bf) but it's all worth it in the end!

    Do you know how your body reacts to a certain macro split(40/40/20 is what I use) but 50/30/20 etc if low fats and your body burns off the P/C or they'll get stored away as fat also... This is the tricky part but once dialed in your progress will/could be amazing! Need to be disciplined consistent and work harder than ever...

    yea i did a srs cutt one time and i lost a lot of strenth and mass started looking skinny as shit got a lot of skinny comments at work. i did low carbs high protein aimd for around 100grams of fat. this time im going to do as you say high carbs protein low fats.. i have food scales thats the only way to count scales a must..

    Good... Yeah weighing your food really helps as when you start to carb cycle(which works well for me and many on this board) you slowly take away a little of your carbs in the beginning... Then just start the 3 low(40% lower than TDEE) 1 high routine(15% higher than TDEE - or based off whatever your starting cals would be)

    high body fat and using steroid will have a greater impact on rising estrogen levels. you should be using an AI any way. do you use an ai?
    also I do think cutting body fat first is a good idea. and to watch the glands.
