slight reddish patch running down from inj. site

Its about 3 in below of inj site. I pinned the delt , my bicep has a slight red patch , barely noticable but delt is feeling irritated, not as bad as the past when ive had real infections.. NOW,, is that due to the GSO oil? Or is this a small infection?

gso doesn't usually cause that, it mite be an infection
