    Test deca optimal cycle length q

    Whats the optimal cycle length for a test deca cycle in terms of gains and recovery

    For me it took 500mg of Deca 16 weeks to notice gains and at 400mg of TestC. Everyone responds different. Daily cardio and a clean diet is a must or you won't see shit.

    I like deca ran 14 weeks minimum. As for gains and recovery, that depends on you at the gym, your diet and whether you run hcg.

    I am running hcg every week and was looking to maybe use my deca for more than 12 weeks 16 maybe but am afraid of having more recovery issues

    Why don't you let your gains decide the length of your cycle. If you are still gaining at 12, then extend it to 14. If your gains have really slowed by week 9 or 10 then cap it off at 12.

    Thats what am gonna do,but when are you talking about gains do you mean strength gains or size ?thanks

    Are you training for strength or hypertrophy? Regardless......once your strength has plateaued if training for strength or your size gains have plateaued then it's time to wrap it up and come off. I don't consider gorging myself to pack on the weight a good gain so keep your diet clean and recalibrate as your weight goes up.
