When do you prefer to take your gear and does it make a difference, before your workout or after. I've spoken to several people and got different opinions for both questions. I suspect there's different opinions/answers depending on what your on and how often you have to inject or take your orals. I'll use myself as an example, I'm injecting Test Cyp 300mgs twice a wk. Should I take it before I start my workout, as some have told me it's better because it will run through my body more efficiently. Or should I take it after my workout because I finish with some cardio and therefore if I inject within 20 minutes after because my blood will be pumping nicely throughout my whole body and the gear will flow more efficiently through my body and each muscle will get a full dose, much the same way it's best to take your protein shake within 15 minutes after workout because that's when our bodies are in its most anabolic state.
Also, should you only take your gear on days you workout or would it make much of a difference if you took a dose on one of your rest days because that is when you actually grow the most. That being said, is it better to take your gear in the morning or evening because we grow and heal the most when we're sleeping? Please answer as many of these questions as possible because this is the place that I feel has more knowledgeable people when it comes to bodybuilding and gear than anywhere else. Thanks in advance.
