i was wondering if could get some feedback on my current diet and some input and suggestions from you guys?!
currently eating to try and gain! bulking!
my surplus is not very big as i am trying to avoid fat gain and such and keep it lean

bf % im not sure of but my abs are slightly visible?

Meal 1:
100g rolled oats
2 tsp ground cinnamon
250g egg whites
150 fat free plain yogurt
200g red apple
meal 2
3 whole eggs
1 can tuna(roughly like 100-110g)
25g lite mayo
25g cheddar cheese
meal 3
200g cabbage
150g hake fillet
150g green beans
80g avocado
meal 4 (pre workout meal)
150 g chicken breast
300g baked sweet potato
1tablespoon ketchup
post workout
Whey protein shake(only whey and water nothing else)
meal 5
180g ostrich
200g Bulgar wheat
150g brocoli
30g wholegrain mustard
any advice and feedback would be great!
note: im always hungry!! should i increase food?? or just live with it as i am gaining quite lean and so
