Another Nipple Lump Thread

I'm 28 years old and on my second cycle of test E 500mg/week

Tomorrow will be a month in the cycle. I had no problems my first cycle.

This morning I noticed a small but painful lump just to the left of one of my nipples. I don't believe it was there yesterday or the day before.

I've been running .25mg arimidex EOD, but took 1mg today in a bit of a panic about the lump.

The nipple itself does not seem sensitive, and the other nipple appears completely normal.

Should I wait a few days to assess what's happening?

Should I increase my arimidex dosage? Or should I start taking 20mg of nolva every day?

Any help is appreciated.

Possibly related- my diet, water intake, sleep and supplementation has been relatively poor the past week or two.

I will fix these things immediately.

I wouldn't increase the adex you don't want kill your estro I would go with the Nolvadex 20mg a day till it goes away should do it

Would starting the HCG right now be a good idea?

Not if you are having a flare up IMO. I would get that under control first.

You should've been running hcg from the start of your cycle... So yes I'd start it now but it does aromatize, stick to a plan pull bloods(or you'll be all over the place a/your AI dosing) Pull BW at 6 wk mark - go back to your .25 or .375mgs eod that way you can make the necessary adjustments..

If it's a lump dex won't do anything you need a SERM(Nolva 20mgs - or start it at 40 for a wk then to 20mgs ed - be paintent it doesn't go away in a few days) even if it feels better cintinue

Just for my own knowledge in case I get into this scenario, do you continue with test cycle or bail on that when you get gyno? Does it depend how bad it gets?

Depends on dose too... If high you could lower it if you caught it in time and start taking a SERM(Nolva is great) Ralox is more for reversal!

But imo it's best to get that under control than risking further health problems

That's such a broad hypothetical question that would require at least a 500 word answer. You know you've done enough research and ready to cycle when you can answer questions like this yourself.

I had itchiness around the nips at times on cycle, a week of nolva @20mgs would stop it and never lumped.
Keep an eye on it, but personally nolva down the hatch.

OK, here's a nipple lump update

After posting I started taking 20mg Nolva every day. The pain, redness and lump disappeared completely within a few days (thank god)

I kept taking Nolva for one week, then stopped.

Today I started 250IU HCG 2x a week and am continuing .25 mg Arimidex EOD.

Should I continue with the current dosages and start Nolva again if I get any nipple sensitivity?
