So I started taking my Adex to get bloat under control as I was starting to look like the marshmallow man from ghostbusters. My question is should I carry on with it through the rest of my cycle or leave it until I start ballooning again? What would you guys do?

I don't like making my hormones look like a roller coaster so I would find the lowest possible dose that controls your bloat and leave it there for the remainder of the cycle.
Oh and just because everyone else is going to say it.... Get some blood work so you aren't guessing.

Think about how unhealthy that is. Your goal should be to maintain a healthy, in-range estrogen level based on a sensitive assay.

you should be taking some kind of ai throughout cycle to keep estro in control. I personally take adex .25mg eod

Agreed^^^^^^ the idea is to control e2 with the smallest amount of AI necessary. .25 eod being what most guys start with.

Keep taking AI throughout rest of the cycle don't keep going back and forth between taking it when you bloat and not taking it when you don't that makes for a hormonal imbalance in the body find a does that works for you... .25 eod is on the smaller side of dosages but start off low as possible and if it works for you stay there no point in tapering up if everything is under control
