Today, 5mg Anavar (seriously worried now it's not but am half way through 4 cycle and making progress, going to keep doing what I'm doing and should know in a cple days for sure what the heck I have been on now for 4 full cycles...joys of being new!) Everything is harder and rounder Water retention is def present however this is our first heat wave (105) and have always had a problem with water retention and heat since pregnancy with twins. Strength is slowly inching up but also erring on the side of caution after the last cycle at 10mg/day...when I came off joint pain and muscle cramps were like nothing I ever experienced in my life...another reason why I opted to go back to 5mg/day. Weight has remained steady these last 2 weeks since starting and still sitting at 136 Hunger...it hasn't gone away...swear I have been hungry for the entire last year since joining a gym and lifting weights. Skin...def more oily than normal but again sweating more due to heat. Today's Lift Heads up...I am always able to say what weight I did however don't ever count reps...I go until I can not go anymore. Have learned that counting reps holds me back from reaching failure...kind of a mind game...its like...oh...I am close to the max reps better stop and then don't push to go to failure. That being said I do always get 4 solid reps...after that I have to force myself not to count and that's if I can do anymore. Ok...so today was 4 sets of each movement and drop set 10 pounds every time twice except leg press where dropped 90 each time Single Leg Extensions 4 sets/?reps/(50/40/30) Single Leg Hamstring curls 4 sets/?reps/(40/30/20) Leg Press (wide super set with narrow stance) 4 sets/?reps/(360/270/180) ***only include plate weight cause honestly no need to start that argument Squats WIDE DEEP AND BELOW PARALLEL 4 sets/?reps/(185/165/145) Smith Machine Lunges 2 sets each leg (65) don't count reps...it was my finisher Then quick single leg seated calves each leg 3 times alternating foot position. center, in, outward 30 pounds super squeeze till failure The end
