While your Doc is def wrong on not providing/considering the AI, your fat levels could also contribute to the excess conversion of Test into Estrogen. Regardless, E2 levels need be determined by actual blood work and not by your own "research" alone.
You need to express your concerns to your Doc and try to get him on-board with at least testing for E2 levels for a base line on which to move forward.
Stopping injections is the dumbest thing you could do. High Estrogen will not kill you in the short-term and now you've skewed all your blood levels which is likely worse IMO. Plus you'll feel like sh*t now from having made yourself a 'Unic' once again. Now when you go for a new BW baseline, your Doc will see the skewed numbers and say; WTF are you doing? You'll be labeled as a non-compliant patient making him even less likely to address your concerns.
TRT is a partnership between you and your Doc. You both have basic responsibilities in correctly maintaining your health. If the relationship cant be fixed then move on. Whatever you do, dont play Doctor based on perceived self-knowledge alone...
