Is there a good sugar substitute??

Probably a dumb question but what is the best substitute for sugar. Mostly talking about in the morning with my coffee. Is sweet and low or spenda ok or not really??

stevia is good and actually lowers blood sugar - it has a bit of an aftertaste, some more than others (which I don't mind at all). The liquids have it dissolved in a bit of alcohol and have less fillers. NuNaturals (in the white plastic bottle) is good, as are the Better Stevia liquids (to potentially save you picking up a kind with a bad aftertaste).
