Alright....wtf?
I"ve been doing this awhile but not sure what to think of this.
1. Is it better to Eat Carbs ONLY after a hard workout...or Protein?
2. ...or both?
Give us your reasons why?
I've been told that your body is DEPLETED of energy after a WO and its craving carbs. Also, the body doesn't readily absorb protein after a meal (wtf...I thought i was going it right---i've been eating lots of protein right after a meal).
