Whatever I do my arms won't grow and I tried pretty much every training method I heard about. I used supersets, dropsets, high reps, low reps with no results. Also my calves are small and my forearms. I think that I have a problem about growing small muscle groups. At the same time my chest, back, legs and traps grow easily if I use heavy weight. I am really fed up with my arms cause they look really stupid considering my thoracic box is really thick and they are only about 40% of it's thickness... What should I do?
My routine:
Ez bb curls 5 sets 3 of them very heavy
Incline db curls 4 sets
preacher curls 4 sets
high cable curls/concentration curls/hammer curls 4 sets
CGBP 4sets
skull crushers 4 sets
pushdowns 4 sets
rope pushdown 4 sets
P.S. My biceps is always soft and I never get anykind of soreness despite I train to failure.
