    Hello

    Height 5'10"
    Weight 231 lbs
    Age:34
bloodwork results (before beginning trt and taking t3):
    Testosterone: 125 (300 - 1050)
    Test Free: 35 (47-244)
    TSH: 4.41 (0.4-4.5)

    Gear
Test-c 100mg per week taken in 2 doses
    Anastrozole .25mg eod
    T3 50mcg per day

    - I started using the gear 1 month ago and feeling better overall. Now I'm ready to get fit.

Current Diet (this is pretty accurate and not a guess)
1400 calories per day - 6 small burger patties (with dipping sauce) and half cup of broccoli .. total carbs comes out to under 15g per day

    Current exercise amount
I workout by lifting 20lb dumbbells and doing body weight exercises in my room around 20 min per day

I am planning to join a gym and start working out on my own this week.

One plan I am considering is to stick with my current diet but add a pre workout meal of 1 peanut butter and jelly sandwich 1 hour before going to the gym so I don't pass out and can have a good workout. My experience is really limited. Any advice would be appreciated.

Need more calories mate, 1400 is nothing! Good idea on going to gym, you will be more motivated. To be honest you could do with a full over haul of your diet plan. No need to restrict yourself to burger and broccoli every day.

Just to give you an idea - my bodyweight is 204 right now and my diet with 2000 calories (245 grams of protein) and the rest mixed carbs and fats I was losing 3 pounds a week. Thats with walking everyday 4 miles and lifting 4x a week

That was even a little low on calories IMO.

I eat a ton of chicken. Rarely beef. Chicken is lower in fat and higher in protein. Eat more ounces with same calories. Feel fuller. Brocolli is good, I would eat all you want and not bother measuring. Brown rice is also good.

You will develop more muscle with more clean calories. More muscle burns more calories. See how it works? Starving yourself skinny will work for a while but it's not a long term solution. There are many nutritional experts in here that will help you with your meal plan. Read some others diets, adapt it to what you like and go from there.

Smartphone? Get an app called Myfitnesspal. Best app for tracking calories and nutrients. With a good diet plan, you will rarely feel hungry. You will have the energy to lift hard in the gym and you will shed fat at a fairly quick rate. No miracles but steady progress.

    Good luck nikito.

Hey man check out iifym.com to figure out your macros. It involves weighing out your food. 1400 a day and your setting yourself up for failure, that's too little. Use myfitnesspal phone app to track your food you eat. This is basically how everyone tracks their intake here on the board. Do a little research on tracking macros and iifym.com. if you have any more questions we will be glad to help
