This seems to be the in thing right now I think I'm going to try it and see how it works, I'm looking to lose some more body fat hoping to get down to 15%. Anyone else have much luck with this?

Intermittent fasting not intermediate fasting.
This is just a style of eating, it still comes down to cals and macros. It won't give you free rain to eat as much as you want. I like eating this way because I like big meals!
Well intermittent I guess then, anyway I'm going to try to get my calories in for breakfast and lunch, then skip dinner, maybe have a protein shake before bed.
I like intermittent fasting.
When I do it, I like to eat between 1230-830.
I would either get up and down some BCAAs (I like Xtend) and do cardio or workout. To help with hunger, either coffee or green tea. My eating would normally of a huge lunch (800-1200 calls), snack around 4pm, and then get the rest of my macros in for supper.

Well the first day trying intermittent fasting was a failure, by 6m I felt like I was starving and ate, too much. Perhaps eating intermittently is something a body has to get used too. Today is another day.
It does not work for everyone all the time.Originally Posted by wannabebig2
I usually down a good litre of water following my HIIT session when I train fasted and drink my protein shake on my way to work on the train.
Having said that, nowadays I get dizzy when I do that and keeps getting harder since I'm under 14%bf. Maybe the body is telling me to stop, lol...
Yes, your hormones and body needs to adjust and will. It takes usually around 2 weeks. Coffee and BCAAs are your friends!Originally Posted by wannabebig2
