    What's Sean Penn on?

Just watched The Gunman, Sean Penn's newest movie. The guy is 55 years old and smokes. I know he doesn't have the track record of being a guy that is into fitness and eating healthy. More like a guy that smokes and drinks too much. So, how the heck is he this ripped?

Would this be a standard anti aging dose of HGH or what? First I thought a body stand in but it's multiple scenes and he looks ripped with a shirt on too.

Ya that whole scene out there is into anti-aging and AAS in the biggest way. I see a bunch of them in movies that are most def on the sauce men and women. I love because they will completely transform and then you will see them selling an abb roller or something.LOL

Or pushing those shitty ass supps that don't do nada... Jackman(6'4") is a strong guy too(w/long arms), I read an article where his bench was close to 405 if it wasn't - he lacks thickness for being so tall but built very well! Naturally he's got a good base!

Yeah they're all into that, you see Affleck in his movie that he bulked up for(and shredded up to about 8-9% looked good... In that movie 'the town' he had a decent build(not like this movie tho)

That reminds me of Mark Wahlberg after shooting Pain and Gain. He said he gained 40 pounds of muscle and lost fat thanks to his new protein powder he developed. Of course no credit goes to AAS.

He didnt say thanks to his powder. He said it was 'critical' to his success. Marketing right there so it doesn't say what else he used that got him there.

And prescribed HGH and testosterone doesn't hurt either. Not to mention that looking physically fit is their full time job.

Ever see Wahlbergs home gym. It makes any gym look outdated and wore out. He has a boxing ring in it too and it is at his home. Crazy money.

My opinion though, when Mark says that the Marked line of supplements was critical to his gain of 40 pounds of muscle. Critical to me means he couldn't have done it without it. That's bs.

^^^^ what you and RC said. It seems it would be easier if I was getting compensated to workout like my job required. I would like that. And a home gym. That would be awesome. And my own personal massage therapist. Why not!!!

Well I would say he gained 25 lbs fat and 15 lbs muscle if it was 40 lbs total because IMO he didnt look very good.

Sean Penn looked pretty ripped when he played Spicoli.

You know it's not so hard to also CG everything now days. Remember Captain America? He was CGed at the beginning to look small.

I could see CG in Captain America. That movie was based on a super hero comic. This movie with Penn was more actor driven.

He never has been fat though, so I guess it wouldn't be crazy hard to get into shape. I doubt they would spend budget on CG for it though. I still think he is on something though. Odd that he wants to look good but he still smokes heavily though.

Total horse crap. All the various forms of protein in the market including whey come from a certain group of companies in its raw form. These supplement firms just buy it, bottle & label it. They rarely do anything special to the actual protein powder in their end-products. If there are any ingredients etc. added, it's done by a third-party filler from an off-the-shelf formula that already exists. There's very little, if any research & development going on. 99% of the time these supplement firms just copy another firm's product(s)...

The "filler" I refer to is the firm that actually fills the jars (end-product) for the supplement company. Supplement companies pay these "fillers" to package their products. Supplement companies dont manufacture their own products, they pay others to do it...

Right... Which these Co end up putting these unnecessary 'fillers' in w/the product, that's what your referring to correct... And copying each other...

Could be on something but also is a good chance it isn't anything. He is a small dude who was always pretty ripped looking (think High Times at Ridgemont High or whatever its called).

Have to keep in mind that in the movies shirtless scene's are always shot when the actor has a pump and perfect lighting, hell even body contouring and shading. Endless time to diet and unlimited supply of perfectly prepped meals and workout time / sleep.

I would say he isn't on anything

A lot of the protein powder is made in Ireland due to our high dairy output. Bsn's parent company is an huge Irish multi national. Along with others over here they have been buying up supp companies for the last few years

I'd put money that is way off. He can barely deadlift 405x5. He looks good but isn't that strong.

Yeah i think i saw a video where he hit 1000 lb total.

Nothing to sneeze at, just not overly impressive. Definitely doesn't add up with a 400+ lb bench.
