What your guy is suggesting is a dirty bulk. Eating high caloric crap that puts on fat and some Muscle gains.
Everyone here who has done a dirty bulk then does a cut to get rid of the fat. Why out on the fat???
Why not bulk on quality food!!! Eating some quality protein after a workout with sweet potato and healthy fat?
Think about. You are what you eat. Eat a muffin, get a muffin top. Who wants a muffin top? Who like the look of a muffin top? Ewwwwww.
Take a look at the thread what are u eating NOW. Bio active and NACH and back in black have avi of themselves. They don't eat cake or muffins. They don't have muffin tops.
Zagga has a photo too but he's zagga bad. LoL
Ben and Jerry's and Pizza is much better to have then cake.
people eat sugar to cause an insulin spike so its not a crazy idea but they are all empty cals
I'd put cake in the same category as smoking right after an intense cardio session, only going to hurt you more.
Im 6ft 4
205 lbs ruffle 10 percent body fat
25 years old. I have been lifting for about 5 years. And my diet is in check. I was just confused y some one would take in all that bad stuff after lifting so hard.
kali muscle has a video where he eats a 10,000 cal cake and he lean as hell but the average person cant do that and 10,000 cals in one hit is too excessive for me
I would love to gain 10 pounds and get to 215, but I don't think this wild be the right way haha. I'm just going to add more eggs in the morning and some more brown rice.
You need to spend some time in Marcus diary. It's in the lounge. You can do it right!Originally Posted by 73rr
