I'm confused because you wrote that you are on TRT, but those on TRT don't use PCT. After their cycle is finished they go back to their TRT protocol.

Did I misunderstand what you meant by TRT? If you would like to use PCT then I need to know your current cycle length and dosages for all compounds.

I want to stop the TRT. My t levels before were 550. While on the TRT they are only 600 to 650. I have not been cycling just 120 a week of TEST CYP. I just want to restart my own.

The length of time that your HPTA was shut down is a substantial factor when deciding length of PCT.

I think you should stay on your TRT dose for a bit longer while using hcg then do a nolva and clomid PCT. You should get 5,000 IUs of hcg and and take 250 IUs twice a week. That should be around 10 weeks. Stop the test c 2 weeks before PCT. Discontinue using hcg 3 days before PCT. Your dosages for PCT should look similar to clomid 100/50/50/50 and nolva 40/20/20/20. Then have blood work 6-8 weeks after PCT to see if you have recovered. This may not be enough to restart you natural test production. You might have to do another PCT, Michel Scally's Power PCT Protocol or possibly clomid therapy.

Just know that PCT is not a golden ticket. Everyone reacts differently. You may bounce back quickly and be totally fine or you may recover but with lower than pre TRT T levels.

I highly rec a PCT of clomid and nolva ( tamox) the names are Clomi and Tamox on the site. I also highly rec getting an AI and using it during cycle, like dex 0.25-0.5mg eod, on site called liquidex.
also grab a bottle of CIA so during PCT erection is a non issue ( it can be during pct for some) and i love the CIA myself! (its cialis)

normal dose is 1ml = 30mg but honestly 0.5ml (15mg) of the ar-r CIA is good enough to work well for me.
you dose it with an "oral syringe" you can get at pharmacy (say its for small child to dose cold med) or you can just take the needle tipp off syringe and use that, thats what I do. it lasts about 2.5 days, so i would dose every 3 days IMO , but really just when you would like to and wait atleast 2-3 days if wanting to take another dose.
ofcourse if you took 0.5ml and on next day its not found as effective as you would like take the other 0.5ml and add 2 day wait to it. just give it 2-3 days before taking more than 1ml IMO.

for the tamox its 20mg/ml which means 1ml = 20mg. Clomi is 35mg/ml . it says on bottle the mg to ml . tamox i would take 1ml with 1-1.5ml of clomi ed for 4-5 weeks for PCT. CIA as needed/wanted.
for blood pressure control ( what it was developed for) 5mg cia is good and adds some kick. I like 15mg, adds power and bottles lasts 2x as long
