23yr old. Just got blood work done - should I consider trt? Please help

Cycle exp = 0 never used aas/pro hormones

Have been feeling extremely depressed, anxiety, moody, low energy, sleeping 9+hrs avg still tired. Also low libido and some ED in the bedroom... Friend suggested blood work...

Read the stickys and told the doc what I wanted (had to really push for half these tests though)

Had full blood panel done Inc kidney and liver etc. All normal but can post if anyone interested.

Free test 134.1pg/ml
Shbg 29 nmol/L
Oestradiol 29pg/ml (asked for sensitive assay but doc didn't know the difference so hope this one is right)
Fsh 1.6 IU/l
LH 5.1 IU/L
Tsh 0.95 mIU/L

Also haven't touched alcohol or rec drugs in over 2months and all sti/d's ruled out in case anyone thinks that could be an issue.

Only taken Cialis a few times for ED... don't know if this is psychological or effects of some other issue

1)If you read the OPs post, dfarre, you would see STDs have been ruled out.
2) Your posts are quite possibly the worst responses I've ever read and I've been here for a decent amount of time.

I see you had your doctor pull lab work, but have you discussed how you feel and the issues with low libido? There may be a very simple answer to your problem other than hormone replacement. Good luck and let is know the outcome please.

Tbh, I'm not assuming trt is the answer but getting the blood work and hormonal panel was the first step. The psychological issues (depression, anxiety, mood swings etc) seemed to have arisen from nowhere although I've been exploring those issues with someone and haven't found an answer yet...
Just wanted to get the advice of some knowledgeable members before ruling out hormonal problems.

Your hormones look fine. There is a good chance that you're suffering from depression/anxiety (as the cause, not effect). I'd try to rule out a few more physical issues (did you get tested for mononucleosis?), then see a psychiatrist.

How long ago did the symptoms start?
Did they all come on suddenly, or gradually?
Did they appear randomly, or could some change have triggered it?
Have you experienced these symptoms before?
Any family history of depression or anxiety?
What did your doctor think of all this?

You got similar test levels to me yet I don't suffer from your symptoms. So as others have mentioned its most likely not a hormonal issue.

How are stress levels going? Sleep seems good but do you wake up sometimes in the middle of the night? Diet? As Boneparte mentioned best thing to do is to see a psychiatrist and see if there are any underlining mental issues.

On first blush you levels look fine, at 22 there can be issues involving peer groups. Don't rule them out at causes. GirL problems/ lack of girls etc all add up.

Keep on top of ur diet, eat well , eat clean and sleep. See if things change. I remember being 22, always exciting, not always fun.

Diet is on point and sleep is always uninterrupted.
In terms of psyc issues; they appeared suddenly and quickly got worse. All started about 8wks ago - no family history and never experienced symptoms of this magnitude before.
I suppose the cause is rooted somewhere in the psychological and I can rule hormonal deficiencies out.

It's 465 pmol/L the range is160-700 pmol/L - had to convert to pg/ml

Well then your symptoms aren't related to testosterone. I'd consider Bonaparte's advice.
