Coconut oil, MCT, Lauric Acid=Fat loss

I've just read that the MCT and the Lauric acid are some kind of wounder ingredients which help your body burn fat from stubborn areas much easier, increase body temperature and help you loose weight. The article where I read this also suggests some omega 3 to make the effect even more noticeable. Did anyone tried it?

Also Ben Pakulski suggests having something like coconut oil with breakfast and pre workout because it is a great energy source. What do you think? (Without any carbs till post workout)

I am thinking about buying 2-3 nuts and cooking them in the 1st method explained here:

MCT oil is treated much like sugar or carbs since it can be put into the blood stream very easily through the liver. Coconut and grass fed butter are high in MCT and omega 3 as stated which help your body health versus refined oils. Ben P had a podcast out and talked a lot about these fats. I eat a massive amount when eating Ketogenic to increase ratios above 75%. Once you become adapted it works very well for energy to fuel activities. I found that I was not able to build muscle mass effectively unless I switch to more carbohydrates.

You can buy the oils at stores. Look for cold pressed coconut since heat changes the fat profiles. Kerrygold butter is a great source for grass fed butter. Organic fed is not the same as grass fed which affects the fat profile of meats, dairy and products made from them. Some other good oils are avocado, macadamia and either beef tallow or lard.

Yes, it's very easy for the body to use as energy like carbs, but doesn't raise blood glucose like carbs.

PS, Arete, I like your username. Is it meant to be the french arête, as in a mountain ridge, or the greek ἀρετή as in virtue/excellence?

Yes Arete (/ˈærətiː/; Greek: ἀρετή), in its basic sense, means "excellence of any kind".[1] The term may also mean "moral virtue".[1] In its earliest appearance in Greek, this notion of excellence was ultimately bound up with the notion of the fulfillment of purpose or function: the act of living up to one's full potential.

Its my motivator. Once I get to where I need/want to be im going to Tattoo it on my back.
