I am well aware that to get a visual 6pack its 80% diet and as u can see from previous posts I'm working on that and tbh I have seen a difference.
However
the plan I have from my pt covers ever body part with exception of stomach.
Does anyone have a 30 mins session they currently use and works and is it something to do once or twice a week etc?
The pt I used has ext so hoping for help from you guys and the net offers contradictions on what exercises to do etc
Btw I'm not expectings miracles but just wanna be doing the right sets and exercises whilst working on everything else.
