Hey boys got a couple of questions on clen. Now I've used clen many time and hear two different stories on the compound.
The first one is clen is anti catabolic some people stay it is and some same that's an old myth? What do u guys think.
If so how strong do u feel that clen's anti catabolic properties are? Can I fast for 12hr? 24hr? And spare muscle?
Also I have been hearing studies that fasted cardio for the natural (non aas) bodybuilder is a muscle eater not some much of a fat burner. Has anyone else hear of this study and is there any truth to this? Its fairly recent from what I understand.
If being "natural" (non aas) and doing fasted cardio is catabolic and clen has an anti-catabolic property to it will the clen be beneficial for fasted cardio? Will the clen powerful enough to stop the catabolic during fasted cardio. (BTW I've hear that bcaa will also not stop the catabolic via Dave Palumbo)
