    Holy crap, have you seen the nutrition data on scallops?

    i just ate 12 ounces meant to be a cheat meal (i had only assumed they were bad since they are so good)

    72 grams of protein, no carbs, no fat. If im seeing this correctly.

    like butter....mmmm

    Good food! im not a massive fish food fan but scallops and calamari are good! wey from restaurants!

    There are 4cals from fat per oz so that's about 6g for the amount you ate. Plus whatever you cooked them in but they are tasty!

    Mix the scallops with broccoli, mushrooms, onions, red peppers, some egg whites, try to make 2-3 days worth of breakfast. Saves some money. Be sure you tightly cover the left overs and put them in the fridge (No one wants to get food poisoning).

    Grammatically. All. I would pick mud, better detox but I do luv scallops.

    I would order scallops in a fine restaurant bc i haven't figured out how to properly prepare. Haven't been to a fine restaurant in a while. Paris. Paris it is.
