I eat eggs everyday, usually 3 in the morning and 3 at night towards bed time. I eat my eggs hard boiled and whole. Do you guys normally eat whole eggs or just egg whites? How do you cook your eggs? How many a day do you eat? Despite the yolk containing fat and cholesterol, it seems a waste to throw that additional protein away, especially considering protein utility from eggs is the highest of any food. I also think it adds flavour as egg white on its own is damn hard to get down on a daily basis. No idea how some guys eat 8-12 in one sitting though.
