Hello, im in a bit of a trouble.
I train muay thai monday and thursday, where we hit the shoulder, chest, and triceps training pretty hard.
Id like to train to get some muscle mass as Well, I've been working out for 3 years now..
But i dont know when to train as i Would like to minimize overtraining...
Could anyone help me? PS im clean.
Monday: muay thai
Tuesday:
Wednesday:
Thursday: muay thai
Friday:
Saturday:
Sunday:
When Would you go to the gym? And what muscles Would you hit what days?
