Maximum Gains for the Drug Free Lifter

A great video by Jason Blaha on making the most out of drug free lifting and the differences between enhanced and drug free lifting.

Curious does he advocate the days off to be in a row? Also what about an AM, PM split. A different body part in am and another in pm?

After a full body workout you'd take the next day off most likely, 3 days a week would have two in a row off and 4 would have two days consecutive if that makes sense. (So like workout/rest/workout/rest/workout/rest/rest or it would be workout/rest/workout/rest/workout/workout/rest.
