    more doms from T.U.T

    Well this last week I have been doing 4seconds neg 4seconds positive...well the doms are unreal 3 days ago did chest and its still very sore I can't remember the last time I ached like this...basically ime hoping this is the new style of training I need to do for maximum growth..what do you think guys..and obviously that's with dropping the weight slightly

    The pain is a good thing, as long as not actually hurting yourself. if you can feel you can lift what you are safely, but are just very sore after, then i say stick to it and feel the burn >: )
