(25mg - 50mg proviron/day throughout)
weeks 1-3 250mg test enanthate
weeks 4-8 500mg test enanthate
weeks 9-10 250mg test enanthate + clenbuterol + clomid
week 11 clen + clomid
week 12 clomid
week 13
weeks 14-15 clen
looking for some big gains (can i expect them with proper workout and diet???)......any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
gym 5 days a week....any advice on workouts? frequency? what will give me the best results here? i have the ability to go every day for any number of hours (unemployed at present time - perfect timing!)
diet advice???......
