    Loosing too much size and strength

    Not a "diet" but I did change my eating some.
    9:30am Breakfast=4 whole eggs/1 baked potatoe/couple slices of ham/half cup of oats with one scoop muscle milk.
    1pm= canned tuna with saltines.
    5pm= bagel with pb and a banana.
    8pm= lunch whatever my wife made.usually pretty hefty.
    12am= triple zero Greek yogurt with granola.
    I work from 3pm to 11:30pm welding outside and right now it's over 105 and will get hotter. Been on this for two months and went from 34 to 30 size jeans but I lost 10lbs and plenty of size and strength. And I'm pretty hard to gain size. What else can I eat?

    Why can't you just eat more at each meal? Certainly add some protein to your bagel meal. And another bagel

    Add some protein to your last meal.

    No idea what saltines are but add more carbs to your tuna meal

    Work, I just don't have the time or where to eat. Ten min breaks aren't enough, sometimes I don't have access to a microwave. Last meal with the yogurt I can barely make it. I'm too tired and just want to shower and go to bed.
