If your pituitary quits producing LH and FSH is there ANYTHING you can do to correct this??

Too vague. It depends on why it quits producing. Adenoma's, suppression via thyroid, prolactin, cortisol issues, etc. If you're speaking of during a cycle then your answer is no, not until you come off exogenous hormones and restart via serms or wait for it to naturally restart, which we don't recommend.
