Not drugs, not protein...but oatflour. The more i eat from it, the bigger and stronger i get. Somehow i feel its hard to get fat from it, it does not release insulin compared to other carbs.
I can eat 250 g pro, 400 g pro, it doesnt mean shit. The more oatflour i swallow, the better my workouts get. Pump, strength and then size. I also found out it can be taken during workouts when Your stomach has get used to it.
I never eat regular oatmeal. To much work to swallow large dosages. But oatflour, i Guess this is the English Word for it, mixed With water (pre, during, after workout), skimmed milk/water rest of day works awesome.
Oat is the most healthy there is and as you aim to lift heavier weigths you should aim to swallow more from it.
And last....its almost free compared to the other shit we have to take.-)
But taste mixed With water is not good. But who cares?
