    What is my deficit?

    19 years old, 5'8, 22% BF, 190lbs
    90 minutes of cardio 7 days a week (3.5 mph with a 10% incline), and also weight lifting for half an hour 3 times a week. If I'm eating 2500 cal, what would my deficit be? I'm basically asking what my TDEE is with this activity level.

    Also can just google bmr/tdee calculators input your info and it will give you the numbers you are looking for. Possibly even suggest macros for you.
