Thread: 32% to 18%

    What's going on guys. I wrote on here a while back posted my cycle and what I was eating. I started with prop and anavar done with that for a while now. and I have got my bf down to 18% finally in the teens ... When I started the prop I was at about 25 27 % I'm at 222 now and I'm stuck ... I'm at about 50 grams of carbs a day for 5 days and then I have two cheat meals on the weekend and back tracks me to square one. My cheat meal aren't that terrible but they are foods at restaurants witch are high in sodium . I'm on a stack right now Winnie anavar and primo . 35mg a day it's split up so its 15 Winnie 10 and 10 I added some extra var at 25 mg a day I'm not looking for anymore bulk I'm looking to shred as much as I can before sep 5 th I still have some time I would like to get to atleats 15% bf.... Monday threw Friday I'm having brakfast 8 boiled eggs each day a nitro pro shake. 8 oz ground chicken or turkey nothing else 5 6 times a day I'm eating two actuvia yogurts a day equals to under 50 grams of carbs .everyone around me tell me my change has been dramatic but we all know that we don't see it in ourselves.. What do you guys think tighten up more on the weekend ??? My cheat are like a maji sandwich and sweet potatoe fries or a nice juicy stake with veggies..

    Looking good man. Although I will not advocate for nor condone you're choice of running AAS, seems desperate. As your cycle is everything bad.

    Age
    Height
    Weight
    Training experience
    TDEE
    Diet breakdown with Macros
    Cycle layout including AIs, and compounds

    Im no pro mate but been getting good advice on here I'm sitting at 22.4% BF my photo is on a thread called Back to the drawing board further down Black in Black is the guy to get good advice from I'm not starting my first cycle until I'm down to 15% BF as they don't recommend you to start a cycle until your at this point. This is just stuff I have been researching before starting lots of info out there.

    I was in to power lifting couple users back I did a couple cycles back then just for power.. Bench was at 465 365 shoulder press Smith machine messed up my shoulder and just gave up I was at 260 then and I got to 330lbs of fat! I would just train people and eat but I had mind change I wanted to change just no more power lifting ... I don't know how to split up the good value for you ... All I eat is ground chicken and turkey nothing else .... Only on cheat meals I eat deferent ... I train 6 days a week mostly heavy circuit training 15 to 20 reps three to 4 exersize at once ...

    I'm coming down from 330 so I have some lose skin on the belly area . I'm measuring with an electric machine that's what I get when I put my info they say it could be off by couple points but I started with that so I have been judging by it i started at 32%...

    All I'm drinking is multivitamin novadex saw palmetto milk thistle fish oil and the stack I have some hcg for after

    Primo at 20% bfff?? Trt dose test, clen +t3 and DIET then you explode with the AAS into lean growth imo but looking better

    I don't run my cycles at a crazy amount I'm not trying to compete. I never pass 300 mg a week I don't even think I shut down to tell you the truth... I was on test 250 anavar clen but I don't really like the effects of it it kinda made me sleepy. I haven't gotten puffy or have had much water retention only cheat days.

    most def shut down, the minute you injected.
    Hard to say exactly, our bodies and metabolism adapt after periods of time, even in a calorie restriction. Can try reducing calorie intake more, (not sure where you are at in relation to BMR/TDEE etc).

    According to online Bmr 2157 tdee 3250 .

    Diet,cardio and consistency are your best friends. Congrats on the weight loss!! Moving forward I would get the diet locked down and hit the cardio for awhile before you think about AAS. Good Luck!

    Thanks man killing this shit got a little better guidance and results have been showing... Diet is still looking the same just more carb days now.. Legs twice a week and no days off ... Well see now am hungry fro the dingle digits in body fat but not dropping under 200 pounds heres where its gotten harder ! Buti habe been maintaining between 203 and 210

    Awesome progress, congratulations! Just keep eating right, and what are you doing for cardio? When I hit plateau's picking up the cardio and maybe dropping cals a bit works. As I'm sure you know fat loss is not a straight declining line, just keep at it and you will get where you want to go. Look what you already did! Great work.

    Just following the tread and your progress I noticed earlier on that you used AAS what did you use and what did you do for PCT and what BF% were you at when you used this just interested how you felt and if you would recommend I give it a go.

    Don't think im the correct person for this. as people think im crazy for what i doo... Only pct's i used is nova and hcg ... I just used everything moderately. Never try to over do it.. It felt awesome but i didn't really get what i wanted from it. im guessing i used it to early like stated above. I did drop alot of weight tho.. Kept alot of muscle. Machine sated 16% but people said i wasn't there machine says 11 now. so i might not be there exactly but the measurements are going down so i guess its all working ... My dosing goes by feel. i dont pay attention to people telling me what to take. i taKe it see how it feels go up or down from it accordingly...

    Thank you! Cordio ! Cant even lie im slaking in that department ! But on my good days 2hrs 1 hr bike and stair master. another hr playing racquetball in hot fl weather lol ...

    Cheers mate just wanted to see how you felt I have also been told on here not to do anything until I'm 15% I'm at about 19% so far come down from 25% so it's working I just get impatient.

    I will stick at the diet and training and stick with what I have read on here.

    Anyway good effort as well your doing good.

    Best feeling ever is right now lol im on test tren and mast this shit is serious !!! That last stack was ok but this is where its at! Like i said i use everything low dose depending in feel i don't know but this feels strong at just half a dosed eod.

    haha, A lot of people don't like var on here I'm hooked on it. great for cutting bf fast.

    I'm on test 250 a week plus var 80mg a day now and love it. Did you get any shoulder joint pain with var? Or any joint pain while on var?

    Whats your dose of tren test, Per week? I want to try tren next year in April

    450 test e 750 mast and 150 tren feels amazing! Hating the night sweats..tho. Var is for some reason. Feels better in a way like a more tight pump from the new stack... Could also be cuz of the dieting tho . I was on fish and brocollifor 4 weeks no cheating. My cheat meal was a rib eye stake and veggies!

    You need to account for your cheat days. I was on stupid low calories but having crazy cheat days at the end of the week that would undo absolutely all the progress from that week. Youd be suprised how quickly calories add up when youre not counting!!

    Congrats on your great work. Im in the same struggle except these guys keep telling me im too young to run a cycle of test and some BS about potentially damaging my hpta. Pssshhtt. Jk!!!

    I been doing this sense 17 lol everyones body is different... I don't recommend starting so young. You can have so much gain naturally in your young years ... I have always been A little desperate...

    lol try some preworkout and creatine or learn read as much as you can, its not hard.

    Struggling to keep weight now ! Eating 5 to 6 cups of rice and keep going down on weight. What should i do? I dint want to get in to the 100ds ... 205 and im cheating to keep the weight between 205-210... What clean way can i do this iv lowered the cardio to 30 min i morning 30 afternoon. Still with circuit training...
