What's going on guys. I wrote on here a while back posted my cycle and what I was eating. I started with prop and anavar done with that for a while now. and I have got my bf down to 18% finally in the teens ... When I started the prop I was at about 25 27 % I'm at 222 now and I'm stuck ... I'm at about 50 grams of carbs a day for 5 days and then I have two cheat meals on the weekend and back tracks me to square one. My cheat meal aren't that terrible but they are foods at restaurants witch are high in sodium . I'm on a stack right now Winnie anavar and primo . 35mg a day it's split up so its 15 Winnie 10 and 10 I added some extra var at 25 mg a day I'm not looking for anymore bulk I'm looking to shred as much as I can before sep 5 th I still have some time I would like to get to atleats 15% bf.... Monday threw Friday I'm having brakfast 8 boiled eggs each day a nitro pro shake. 8 oz ground chicken or turkey nothing else 5 6 times a day I'm eating two actuvia yogurts a day equals to under 50 grams of carbs .everyone around me tell me my change has been dramatic but we all know that we don't see it in ourselves.. What do you guys think tighten up more on the weekend ??? My cheat are like a maji sandwich and sweet potatoe fries or a nice juicy stake with veggies..
