I am on TRT currently and listed my daily intake and numbers in previous posts. I have been watching and measuring myself monthly over the past year and have had pretty stable numbers for about 8 months. Now knowing what I need on a daily regiment, what can I/should I do to run a cycle?
This would be my first time. I am in my 30's, eat very well, 5'8", 15-18% body fat and 185lbs (i used to be 155 and lean in my early 20's so it has been a slow progression) and have been a gym goer for decades at this point but training hard for dynamic movements for olympic lifting for the past 4 years straight, 4-5 days a week.
I have seen my strength plateau over time and want to take it to the next level.
Suggestions? My main goal being strength, 2nd being aesthetics, size is a concern not to shift weight classes drastically or anything like that. Something clean and simple perhaps?
I was thinking of a Test only run but I am curious about how it should be managed from the perspective of someone that is on TRT.
eg. Should I spend a month and cycle off TRT then, Test only cycle for X number of weeks, then PCT + TRT ?

What are the thoughts out there for an Anavar only cycle? I am an athlete of sorts.
Also I should have mentioned, my TRT is actually a Clomid/Arimidex program and not TEST. I have secondary hypogonadism (empty sella) which means I can produce all the Test I need naturally, my pituitary gland just does not produce the right signals to do so.
So come off Clomid/Dex immediately
4-6 weeks of Anavar 50mg ed
Then go back to my clomid/dex program?
Or
4-6 weeks on Anavar and keep my Clomid/Dex program on par to fight shutdown? Could even increase as needed as I have plenty.
Does that sound alright or should I keep on clomid/dex the whole time. The goal is to be low level and not look like the guy that just did steroids. I have about 18months in front of me before my goal so I dont need explode, just accelerated growth.
